Corporate Catering FAQs

The questions event organisers ask us most.

How much does corporate street food catering cost?
Our corporate catering starts from £15 per head. The final figure depends on headcount, the menu and your location. Send us your date and numbers and we will come back with a tailored quote.
What is your minimum guest number?
We cater events from 50 guests upwards, which covers most team lunches, away days and company parties. If your numbers are below that, get in touch anyway and we will see what we can do.
How much notice do you need?
The earlier the better so we can secure your date, as dates go quickly. If you are working to a short timeline, we can take a booking up to 3 days before, subject to availability.
Can you cater at our venue rather than our offices?
Yes. Most of our corporate work is at whatever venue the company has booked, whether that is a conference space, a hotel or an outdoor site. If you have grounds or a car park we can set up there instead.
What do you need on site?
An outdoor space to set up the station, and access to a 13A plug socket. We cook outdoors, so the station needs to go somewhere like a car park, a courtyard, grounds or under cover outside. If there is no power available, we can hire in a generator at an additional cost.
What if our event is indoors?
We cook outdoors, so we would need an outdoor space near the venue for the station. The exception is a venue with a kitchen we can use, in which case we can work from there. If neither is possible, a food drop off may be the answer instead. It depends on the venue, the timings and the numbers, so get in touch and we will talk it through.
Do you offer food drop offs?
Sometimes, yes. It depends on the venue, the distance, the timings and the numbers, so it is something we look at case by case rather than offer as standard. Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know if it works.
How long does service take for 150 guests?
We work to a 2 hour service window for 150 guests. Everything is cooked fresh at your venue during that window, so guests are served as it comes off the station.
Are you insured and hygiene rated?
Yes. We hold £10m public liability insurance and a 5 star food hygiene rating, and we are happy to send both over to your venue if they need them on file.
Can you handle dietary requirements across a large team?
Yes. There are vegetarian options on every menu and we cater for vegan and allergy requirements. Let us know the numbers and the requirements when you book so we can plan the station around them.
Which areas do you cover?
Yes. We are based in Leicester and cover Derby, Nottingham, Birmingham, Sheffield, Wolverhampton and the wider East and West Midlands. We also travel nationwide, so tell us where you are and we will let you know.
Is the food cooked on site?
Everything is cooked fresh at your venue on the day. Nothing arrives pre made in trays, which is why the live station tends to become part of the event rather than just the food.
