At your own site or a venue you have booked. We set up, cook and serve, then clear down and leave the space as we found it.
Kathi rolls and kata bowls go straight from the grill to your guests, served hot while the party carries on around the station.
Samosas, spring rolls and pakora, passed on trays or set out on a table. Good for the first hour of the evening or a client drinks event.
We cook outdoors, so we set up in a courtyard, car park or covered area beside your venue. If the venue has a kitchen we can cook from there instead.
